Valemko Studio Apps Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to AdMob Bar for macOS and StoreScope for Android. Valemko Studio is the publisher responsible for these apps ("Valemko Studio," "we," or "us"). These Terms apply only to the apps named here; another Valemko Studio app is covered only after it links to these Terms and is identified in them.

1. Agreement and the apps

These Terms apply when you install or use an app covered by them. The Privacy Policy separately describes how the apps process data; it is a privacy notice and does not replace your rights under applicable data protection law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. Each app's available features, operating system requirements, and any product-specific conditions are described in that app or its store listing.

2. License to use the apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app for its intended reporting and productivity features, including in your business where relevant. You retain ownership of data and reports that belong to you. The app, its software, name, and design remain owned by Valemko Studio or its licensors.

3. Google account access

Some features require you to authorize a Google account and to have permission to access the relevant AdMob or Google Play publisher account. You are responsible for choosing the correct account and for having authority to access the reports you request. You can revoke an app's Google access in the app or through your Google Account security settings; reporting features may then stop working.

AdMob Bar uses Google authorization to read AdMob reporting data. StoreScope uses Google authorization to read the Play reports and app information needed for its features; existing installations may also use a Service Account credential. The apps do not ask for your Google password. Google services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and policies. Valemko Studio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Google.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the applicable store rules, and the terms that apply to your Google accounts and services. You must not:

• access an account, report, or data without authorization;
• use the apps to violate another person's rights, privacy, or contractual obligations;
• interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or access controls, except where applicable law permits an action that cannot be restricted by contract;
• use the apps to evade Google API limits or policies, or to resell or redistribute Google data in a way that Google or applicable law prohibits; or
• use the apps for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

5. Reports and estimates

The apps present information returned by Google and other third-party services. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. AdMob earnings are estimates and may change. StoreScope's report history and calculations depend on the reports published to your Play Console account. Currency conversions are informational estimates. These figures are not payment statements, tax advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee of a payout. You should verify important figures against the relevant publisher console and official records.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and advertising

An app may offer free features, advertising, paid features, or subscriptions. The app or relevant app store will show the price and purchase conditions before you buy. Purchases made through an app store are billed and managed by that store, and its payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules apply. These Terms do not replace any mandatory consumer rights.

Some free app features may display third-party advertising. Advertising services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and the provider's own terms and privacy notices.

7. Third-party services and availability

The apps rely on third-party services, including Google APIs, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, and, for currency data in StoreScope, the European Central Bank. We do not control those services. Their availability, reports, policies, permissions, and API behavior may change. We may change or discontinue app features when needed to maintain compatibility, security, or compliance.

8. Privacy and local data

The Privacy Policy explains what each app accesses, how it uses Google data, what is stored on your device, and how to disconnect or delete local data. These apps do not operate a Valemko reporting backend for the reports they retrieve. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for backing up information you want to keep.

9. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or third-party service, or that reports will always be complete, current, or accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valemko Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on estimates or reports displayed by an app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

11. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using an app at any time, disconnect your Google account, and uninstall the app. We may limit support, updates, or distribution of an app when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or a third-party requirement, or address abuse or security issues. You remain responsible for any purchases under the applicable app store terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as apps or laws change. We will publish the current version at this URL and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights or how an app works, we will provide notice through the app, its store listing, or another reasonable channel where required by law.

13. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives any consumer right or legal protection that cannot be excluded, limited, or waived under the laws that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled under the mandatory rules that apply to the parties.
