1. Purpose

Beszel : Dashboard is a client application that connects to a self-hosted Beszel instance in order to display server and service monitoring information.

This application does not rely on any central server operated by the app publisher. It connects only to the Beszel instance URL that you provide on the login screen.

2. Data Processed

The application may process the following data:

• the URL of your self-hosted Beszel instance entered at login;
• your login email address;
• the session token required for authentication;
• monitoring and status data returned by your own Beszel instance, including systems, containers, statistics, alerts, metrics, and similar technical information.

3. Source of Data

All data shown in the application comes exclusively from:

• your self-hosted Beszel instance;
• the instance URL you provide when signing in.

The application does not collect data from any publisher-operated server.

4. No Transmission to Publisher Servers

Data used by the application is not sent to any server operated by the app publisher.

The application:

• does not send your data to any central backend operated by the publisher;
• does not use analytics services;
• does not use advertising trackers;
• does not sell your data;
• does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

The only network requests made by the application are those required to communicate with the self-hosted Beszel instance that you configured.

5. Local Storage

To make sign-in easier, some data may be stored locally on your device or in your browser, depending on the platform:

• your instance URL;
• your email address;
• your session token.

On supported platforms, sensitive information is stored locally using platform storage mechanisms. On the web, some information may be stored in the browser's local storage mechanisms to keep your session active.

This data is not synchronized to any publisher-operated server.

6. Why This Data Is Used

This data is used only to:

• authenticate you against your Beszel instance;
• remember your connection details locally;
• fetch and display monitoring data from your infrastructure;
• keep your session active on your device.

7. Retention

Locally stored data may remain available until:

• you sign out;
• you clear the application's data;
• you uninstall the application;
• or it is manually removed by you or by the platform.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

The application itself does not use any publisher backend to process your data.

However, if your self-hosted Beszel instance is exposed through a proxy, hosting provider, CDN, VPN, or any other infrastructure that you operate or use, any related processing is governed by that infrastructure and not by this application itself.

9. Security

The application only applies the local storage protections made available by the platform. Overall data security also depends on:

• the security of your device;
• the security of your self-hosted Beszel instance;
• the network and TLS configuration of the URL you provide.

10. Your Choices

You may at any time:

• stop using the application;
• sign out;
• delete the application's local data;
• uninstall the application.

11. Children

The application is not specifically directed to children and is not intended to collect personal data from children.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the application. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will indicate the latest version.
