Delete your account in the app
You can request account deletion directly from RideDex:
- Open RideDex.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Request deletion by email
Send an email from the email address linked to your RideDex account so we can verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Email hello@valemko.app with the subject RideDex account deletion request.
- Include your RideDex account email and username.
- Write: I confirm that I want to delete my RideDex account.
- We will confirm the request and delete eligible account data within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
Account profile
Name, username, email, bio, city, country, avatar reference and profile settings.
Ride and park history
Logged coaster rides, ride counts, ride dates, notes and visited park entries.
Saved items
Wishlist items, favorite parks, favorite coasters and profile favorites.
Calendar trips
Planned park visits, trip notes and future trip dashboard data.
Data that may be retained temporarily
Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs or technical records after deletion. These records are retained only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or service integrity.
- Backup copies may take up to 30 additional days to expire.
- Security or server logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Data required by law may be retained for the legally required period.
Canceling a request
If you change your mind before deletion is completed, reply to the confirmation email and ask us to cancel the request. Once deletion is completed, the account and deleted app data cannot be restored.
