Delete Your Frameline Account

This page explains how to request account deletion for the Frameline app.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Frameline and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your request when prompted.

Alternative Deletion Request (Email)

Send a deletion request to contact@theovkg.be from the email address linked to your Frameline account.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Frameline.

What Data Is Deleted

• Account profile data (name, username, email).
• Favorites and followed content.
• Watch history and related app preferences.

Data Retention

After your deletion request is processed, your personal account data is removed from active systems. Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups for security and recovery purposes, then expire automatically.
